Humor is Carol’s favorite form of communication. She enjoys quick wit, and people who use it! A graduate of CSU Chico, Carol has over 25 years of experience in promotional marketing for retail accounts as well as numerous State Accounts.
Carol has an extensive background in promotional advertising as well as co-operative and vendor funding. Most recently Carol has been responsible for media planning and buying for a cellular service, several government agencies, and several health initiatives.
Carol’s passion is media research, planning and negotiating the most effective media strategy available for her clients. Carol utilizes extensive computer facilities to simplify and expedite media servicing including the use of Strata SBMS, View and Q-View systems. Carol’s expertise ties the media software with Arbitron, Nielsen, Scarborough and Media Audit services matching the demographics and psychographics for the clients target audience.
Carol specializes in putting together free-media programs, committed to cost-effective dissemination of the clients’ message. With her work on the Cellular One account, Carol has brought over two million dollars to the client’s media budget with free-media promotions and her work with co-op partners. These partners include hardware manufacturers, media events, and affinity group marketing.
