•Over 17 years experience working for the largest high profile advertising agencies working with a variety of blue chip global clients.
•Internationally awarded in Strategy and Integrated campaigns leading her team to win the highest global accolade in 2000; Cannes Advertising Festival – Grand Prix & Gold Lion.

Carol has worked at the senior most level nationally and internationally: New York, Atlanta, Sydney Australia, and Auckland New Zealand. 

Before coming to Sacramento, Carol most recently held Senior Vice President positions in strategy and research for two of North America’s largest media agencies. Her career was grounded in negotiating and buying on the worlds most prestigious clients such as Unilever, SC Johnson, Sony, to name a few. From this start Carol’s career has grown from strength to strength and enabled her to work all over the world.

Carol leads the day-to-day operations of the agency by providing; strategic direction, target insights, analyzing research, and delivering innovative solutions to client’s business challenges. 

Her latest success was leading the Media Solutions team to secure the PUC contract and deliver unparalleled results for the Donate Life California client.
