Cindy Stewart

Office Manager

Cindy has an extensive background doing accounting for a variety of businesses. She has been with Media Solutions for 20 years handling all invoicing and billing for the company.
She is intimately familiar with SBMS’ invoice reconciliation tools and reviews every single invoice that goes through the agency to make sure that schedules run as originally placed and that no spots run outside of the day parts/times/dates purchased unless they are approved by the buyer responsible.

It is Cindy who collates the approved media vendor invoices and attaches to your invoice every month – if you ever want proof of what’s run it’s all neatly and accurately packaged with your invoice.

When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with her grandkids.  She is their number one fan at their sporting events and theater presentations.  Cindy also enjoys cooking and gardening.
