The Challenge

Increase Organ & Tissue donor registrations among underserved communities

The Solution

Utilize research to design and implement an integrated paid media campaign (Radio, TV, Outdoor, Internet) reaching specialist audiences during Organ & Tissue donation month (April). Leverage media expenditure and relationships to significantly increase message exposure.

The Results

The campaign was deemed a success through increases to the following measures:

· Added value negotiation of 30%: delivered $2.276M or 78%
· Increase in Tissue & Donor registrations (DMV): increased from 20.6% to 23.2% in April
· Increase in Tissue & Donor registrations (direct): increased +75% in April
· Increase registrations amongst minority groups: all groups increased registration rates in excess of +15% but most importantly in key geographic areas.
