Jenn has over 10 years’ experience in many facets of the media industry, which gives her first-hand experience in the entire advertising cycle for her clients.  She started fresh out of college as a production assistant at a duopoly station in Sacramento and then made her way into the sales side of the business.  She learned all the ins and outs as a sales assistant, digital sales assistant and internet sales director.  Then leaving to start serving as an account executive for another broadcast duopoly.  From there she learned that the transactional side of the business is where she really thrives to serve her clients and execute their needs to the fullest.

As the Director of Client Services, Jenn serves as an account manager on a variety of accounts and also helps to oversee the day-to-day account activity within Media Solutions.  Helping with client requests, and coordinating research, recommendations, flowcharts and write ups.  She works hand in hand with the creative team, the media buyers, account coordinators, and accounting to make sure that the campaign we present and agree upon is being delivered to at 100% accuracy.

She has worked on a wide range of clients from automotive to behavior change and retail, California State Accounts as well as non-profits including: California Office of Problem Gambling, CA Department of Health, CA State Treasurer’s Office, Future Automotive Group, Goodwill, and Grande Communications.

In her spare time she is found volunteering as a member of the Junior League of Sacramento and sitting as a board member for the Alliance for Women in Media.
